This Website Membership and Visitor Clarification Text (Text) is prepared by VİBRANT TEKSTİL SANAYİ ve DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, located at CUMHURIYET MAH. BEREKET SK. NO: 33-35A, İÇ KAPI NO: 17, SULTANGAZI/ISTANBUL, operating as the data controller, to inform and clarify the Members who register on the website www.vibrant.com.tr (Site) and the Visitors who enter the Site (collectively referred to as Users) regarding the terms and conditions for the use of data obtained and/or to be obtained in any way during the provision of services through the Site, and the methods of processing such data.

However, if the request incurs an additional cost, the Company will charge a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.   • Demand compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of personal data.

To exercise your rights as a personal data owner, your application must clearly and understandably specify the right you are requesting to exercise, relate to you personally (or you must provide documented authorization if acting on behalf of another), include your identity and address information, and attach documentation proving your identity.
